BrillBabes is a Budapest-based international casting and talent agency founded in 2004, making it one of the older boutique operations in the European adult market. The agency books performers for adult film, TV, and broader art production projects, with a stated focus on reliable delivery and fresh-face supply for producers operating outside the US market.

For operators sourcing European talent, BrillBabes provides a useful alternative to US-centric agencies. The Budapest base gives access to a substantial Central and Eastern European model pool that has historically been competitive in terms of day rates compared to LA equivalents. The agency maintains active social media channels and an online presence across multiple platforms, which makes initial contact and portfolio browsing straightforward.

One public concern worth noting: some online commentary has raised questions about model treatment and communication practices. Operators are advised to conduct direct reference checks with production companies that have worked with the agency recently. Overall it remains a viable sourcing channel for European shoots, but warrants due diligence.
