Verifi, a Visa subsidiary, operates the Cardholder Dispute Resolution Network (CDRN) - the counterpart to Ethoca on the Visa side. When a cardholder disputes a Visa transaction at their bank, a CDRN alert is pushed to the merchant with a short resolution window to issue a refund and stop the chargeback clock. Coverage reaches the large majority of US-based Visa volume. Together with Ethoca, CDRN forms the foundational two-alert stack most serious merchants run.

Verifi is accessed via participating processors or third-party alert aggregators rather than a self-serve signup. Confirm your current acquirer relationship includes CDRN enrollment, or route through a platform that bundles both networks.
