Majestic pioneered the independent backlink index and its Trust Flow and Citation Flow metrics remain industry shorthand for link quality. For adult SEO specifically, that distinction matters: a high-Citation-Flow profile riddled with low-Trust-Flow adult link farms looks very different from a legitimately earned link profile, and Majestic surfaces that gap clearly. The Historic and Fresh indexes let you audit a competitor's link velocity over time - useful for understanding how rival tubes build authority.

The UI is dated and it does not do keyword research or rank tracking, so it works best as a complement to a wider suite rather than a standalone solution.
